  • Tablescape packages begin at $800 for intimate gatherings of up to 20 guests. Larger events, specialty rentals, and complex floral design are scoped individually.

THE HOUSE PARTY

  • We're bringing the dinner party back — and we're doing it at your place.

    This is our most immersive offering. We develop the full concept for your evening, design the atmosphere, plan the flow of the night, and are there with you from setup to last guest. You invite the people. We handle everything it takes to make it feel like something.

    Formal seating optional.

    Ideal for hosts who want to entertain beautifully without managing every detail themselves, and for occasions where the environment is part of the gift.

When you're hosting a client dinner, a leadership retreat, or an executive event, the environment communicates something about your standards before you say a word. BPT designs those environments — so your guests feel the care that went into it.

Questions You May Have

  • Yes. We're based in Atlanta, GA and available for travel throughout the Southeast and beyond. Travel fees apply for events outside the greater Atlanta metro area. Reach out with your location and event details and we'll include travel costs in your proposal.

  • For Tablescapes, yes — we need to know the venue and approximate guest count to scope your design accurately. For The House Party, we're designing around your home or chosen space, so we can get started on concept early. We don't book venues or catering on your behalf, but we have people we trust and are happy to point you in the right direction.

  • For seated dinners, we work with up to 100 guests — that's where we can give every place setting the attention it deserves and the atmosphere still feels intentional. For cocktail-style gatherings without formal seating, we're happy to talk through what makes sense for your space. Reach out and we'll figure it out together.

  • The sooner the better but we recommend reaching out at least 6–8 weeks before your event, especially for dates between May and December. For weddings, 3–6 months is ideal. That said, if you have a last-minute event coming up, reach out anyway — we'll always let you know what's possible.

  • Absolutely — we love it. BPT works best as part of a vendor team. If you already have a planner, coordinator, or caterer, we'll coordinate directly with them on logistics so you don't have to be the middleman. If you're still building your vendor team, we're happy to share referrals for planners, private chefs, and photographers we trust.

  • A party planner or event coordinator manages the logistics of your event — the venue, the vendors, the timeline, the day-of execution. That's not what we do. Brown Paper Table is a design studio. We design the visual environment of your event: the table, the florals, and the atmosphere. Think of us like the interior designer of your gathering — we make the space feel intentional and beautiful. We work best alongside planners and caterers, not instead of them.
